This blog is a source of information on internet issues involving copyright, trademark, blogging and journalism, free speech, privacy, and whatever else I find somehow connected with how the law deals with the internet. I hope you enjoy.
The title of this blog, A Moron in a Hurry, was inspired by an Apple Computer attorney who, in response to Apple Corps. Ltd.'s accusation that Apple Computer's entry into digital music confused consumers into thinking iTunes and the Beatles' record company were somehow related, said "Even a moron in a hurry could not be mistaken about that." Generally speaking, it appears the morons have taken over the businesses filing most lawsuits these days, so keep stoping by as I try to keep track of their follies the best I can.

Just wanted to let you know that the California Anti-SLAPP Project’s website has recently been updated and slightly reorganized, and that your link to us at http://moroninahurry.wordpress.com/online-intermediary-liability-and-defamation/ is now broken. Please change http://www.casp.net/barrett2.html
to http://www.casp.net/cases/barrett2.html, and thank you for linking to CASP.
